Terms And Conditions:
These Purchase Terms govern the sale of refurbished devices by VR Technologies to the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer," as specified in the accompanying invoice). By placing an order with VR Technologies ("Seller"), the Buyer expressly agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Product Condition: All devices sold by the VR Technologies, whether refurbished or imported, undergo stringent testing to ensure they meet the highest functional and operational standards. While these products are guaranteed to perform flawlessly, they may display minor cosmetic imperfections, such as light scratches or dents, which in no way impact their performance or durability.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All prices displayed on the VR Technologies’s website or communicated through official channels are exclusive of GST. For information on tax-inclusive pricing, please refer to our detailed tax terms (2c). Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees will be added to the final purchase total.
- Payment: To confirm your order, an advance payment of 80% of the total amount is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in prior communication. Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfers and UPI, with specific details provided in the attached quotation or invoice. Your prompt payment ensures the timely processing and delivery of your order.
- Taxes: Should the buyer request invoicing inclusive of taxes, all applicable taxes will be added to the final price of the product. Additionally, taxes will be applied to any Shipping and Handling fees, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. The buyer assumes responsibility for the payment of these taxes.
3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
- Order Confirmation: VR Technologies reserves the absolute and exclusive right to accept or decline any order at their sole discretion and for any reason deemed appropriate. An order will only be deemed accepted upon the issuance of a formal confirmation from the VR Technologies, delivered through an official communication channel. Following confirmation, the order will enter a 24-hour holding period, providing the Buyer with sufficient time to reaffirm their purchasing decision with complete assurance. Please note that orders received on Saturday and Sunday will commence processing on the following Monday.
- Order Cancellation: We understand that plans can change. As such, you may cancel your order within the first 24 hours after placing it. During this period, we have yet to initiate the processing of your order.
However, once your order enters the processing stage, is assigned a specific device, or has been shipped, it becomes non-cancellable, and we regret to inform you that refunds will no longer be available under these circumstances.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping: VR Technologies will facilitate the shipment of the Products to the Buyer’s designated address. Shipping costs and delivery times are contingent upon the Buyer’s location and the chosen shipping method. All shipping expenses shall be the responsibility of the Buyer (2a). Alternatively, Buyers may opt for self-collection from our official location, which qualifies for additional exclusive discounts.
- Delivery: VR Technologies shall bear no responsibility for any delays resulting from events or circumstances beyond their control, including, but not limited to, carrier delays. Upon the transfer of the Product to the designated carrier, all risks of loss or damage shall pass to the Buyer. The VR Technologies will provide tracking information, where applicable, for shipments registered with recognized and reputable carriers.
5. Warranty
- Warranty Exclusions: Please note that the following conditions are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Display, Battery, and BIOS: Issues related to the device’s display, battery, or BIOS are not covered under warranty. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect the device to ensure it meets the provided specifications. Any discrepancies must be reported to VR Technologies within 48 hours, including non-working days.
- Software: This includes, but is not limited to, the operating system, trial software, and any pre-loaded applications. Software-related concerns are beyond the scope of this warranty.
- External Causes: Damage or issues resulting from external causes such as accidents, misuse, abuse, or electrical power fluctuations will not be covered.
- Liquid Damage: Any damage caused by water or liquid spills, or components burned or short-circuited due to improper use, will result in the rejection of warranty claims.
- Improper Use: Issues arising from usage that is not in accordance with the product instructions or the failure to perform necessary preventive maintenance are excluded.
- Third-Party Components: Problems caused by accessories, parts, or components not supplied by VR Technologies are not covered.
- Tampering: Products with missing, altered, or tampered Service Tags or serial numbers are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Promotional Items: Products provided as a freebie with the original device are not eligible for warranty service.
- Acts of God and External Factors: Damage resulting from natural disasters or external factors such as riots, vandalism, theft, fire, flood, wind, lightning, freezing, power failures, power reduction, telephone failures, or any other acts of God are not covered.
- Installation and Reinstallation Costs: The warranty does not cover any costs associated with the installation, removal, or reinstallation of the product or its components.
- Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or any other cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the device are not covered under warranty.
b) Warranty Claim Coverage and Procedures : This warranty is strictly limited to the repair of the device and does not extend to its replacement under any circumstances. Should the device be deemed non-repairable, any costs associated with the procurement and installation of additional components shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Any hardware supplied by VR Technologies that fails, except under the conditions specified in Section 6(a), will be covered under this warranty. In the event of a warranty claim, the customer is required to either deliver the device to the official VR Technologies location or arrange for it to be couriered at their own expense.
Following the repair, the customer is responsible for collecting the device in person. Alternatively, VR Technologies may arrange for delivery as outlined in Sections 4(a) and 4(b).
c) Warranty Enhancements: VR Technologies offers an exclusive opportunity to elevate your product protection through our premium warranty add-ons. These tailored options allow you to extend the standard warranty coverage or include additional parts and conditions not originally covered. Each add-on is customised to suit the specific needs of your product, ensuring comprehensive protection that adapts to your requirements. The terms and conditions of these add-ons will be clearly outlined at the time of selection, providing you with complete transparency and peace of mind.
6. Returns and Refunds: VR Technologies maintains a strict no-return, no-refund policy following the sale of our products. Exceptions to this policy are outlined in Clause (3b), which details the specific conditions under which returns and refunds may be considered.
7. Brand Warranty: Products covered under third-party brand warranties must be directed to the respective brand's service centres for warranty claims and resolution. This ensures that all claims are handled with the specialised care and expertise of the original brand, maintaining the highest standards of service and support.
8. Amendments and Modifications: Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be effective upon posting on Seller’s website or notifying Buyer through official communications. Continued purchases or use of Products after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
10. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Seller and Buyer concerning the purchase of Products and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
